I’m currently a first-year student studying at UCT doing a BMus degree with an English course on the side. Next year I plan on taking Psychology as a double major.

In my spare time I enjoy getting outdoors, immersing myself in books and playing music, and watching sports!

I have been tutoring since my grade 11 year and have really enjoyed growing as a tutor. My academic approach is engaging in understanding concepts with learners and putting these concepts into practise by tackling questions together in order for the student to gain confidence in their academic abilities.

I did 10 subjects in high school and matriculated with an A average. However, I used to really struggle with academics before entering high school. Academics made me very anxious and it prevented me from understanding concepts, but with a lot of practise and going over concepts with a tutor, I was able to build my confidence. I hope to do the same as a tutor and am excited to embark on this academic journey with you!
